Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategy, performance management and employee relations across a fast-growing FMCG operation.
What you'll do
- Advise line managers on people matters; lead performance cycles; manage employee relations cases; drive engagement initiatives; support workforce planning.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience; CIPM/CIPD an advantage; strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law; excellent stakeholder management.
