Our story
Founded on a simple frustration with how hiring is usually done
Too many organisations inherit a hiring process that was never designed — job adverts copied from elsewhere, interviews improvised by whoever is free, and offers made on instinct. Then the same organisations wonder why turnover is high and managers are stretched.
Catalyst Path Consulting was set up to close that gap. We combine recruitment execution with HR advisory, so the people you hire land inside a structure that can actually support them: clear roles, fair performance expectations and policies written in plain language.
We work primarily with businesses across Nigeria — from Abuja and Lagos to Port Harcourt and beyond — and support international hiring where our clients or candidates need it.
