Head of People & Culture
We are hiring a Head of People & Culture to lead our HR consulting practice in Abuja. You will shape people strategy for our clients and build our internal talent engine as we scale across Nigeria.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and delivery of HR consulting engagements for client organisations
- Own talent acquisition strategy and senior-level search mandates
- Build performance management, learning and employee engagement frameworks
- Advise executive teams on organisational design and workforce planning
- Mentor a growing team of HR consultants and recruiters
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting or advisory work
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practice
- Proven track record leading recruitment and talent programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM or CIPD) is an advantage
